계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
TweetTale 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다.
삭제 요청은 직접 처리되지 않으며, 운영자가 확인 후 진행합니다.
앱에서 요청하는 방법
- TweetTale 앱을 실행합니다.
- 내 둥지 탭으로 이동합니다.
- 로그인 카드 하단의 "계정 삭제 요청"을 탭합니다.
- 삭제 사유를 선택하고 확인 체크박스에 동의한 뒤 요청을 제출합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 새 프로필 (이름, 종류, 사진, 건강 기록)
- 커뮤니티 프로필 (닉네임, 아바타)
- 저장된 이미지 (프로필 사진 등)
커뮤니티 게시글/댓글은 운영 정책에 따라 삭제 또는 익명화될 수 있습니다.
삭제가 완료된 후에는 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.
이메일로 요청하는 방법
앱 사용이 어려운 경우, 이메일로 직접 요청하실 수 있습니다.
처리 기간: 요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내
Request Account & Data Deletion
Here's how to request deletion of your TweetTale account and associated data.
Requests are reviewed and processed by our team, not automatically.
How to request in-app
- Open the TweetTale app.
- Go to the My Nest tab.
- Tap "Request account deletion" at the bottom of the account card.
- Select a reason, check the confirmation box, and submit your request.
Data that will be deleted
- Bird profiles (name, species, photos, health records)
- Community profile (nickname, avatar)
- Stored images (profile photos, etc.)
Community posts and comments may be deleted or anonymized according to our content policy.
Data cannot be recovered after deletion is completed.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by email.
Processing time: within 7 business days of receiving your request.
